Oracle Training

Market of Oracle

In such a scenario, it makes sense to take advantage of the world´s largest enterprise software company - Oracle, which is best known for its sophisticated relational database products. Indeed, when it comes to enterprise level database management systems on high end work stations, Oracle is one of the undisputed names to reckon with. These systems help organizations get the most up-to-date and accurate information from the business processes.

Oracle Database 12c: Developer(SQL):

RedLeaf is the best Oracle training institute in Coimbatore. You will get practical training on Oracle by our Oracle expert who have 6+ year industrial experience.

This course offers students an extensive introduction to data server technology. The class covers the concepts of both relational and object relational databases and the powerful SQL programming language. Students are taught to create and maintain database objects and to store, retrieve, and manipulate data. Students learn to retrieve data by using advanced techniques such as ROLLUP, CUBE, set operators, and hierarchical retrieval. They also learn to write SQL and SQL* Plus script files using the iSQL*Plus tool to generate report-like output. Demonstrations and hands-on practice reinforce the fundamental concepts.

Course Objective:

Develop essential SQL skills that enable developers to write queries against single and multiple tables.
Manipulate data in tables.
Create database objects.
Use single row functions to customize output.
Work with group functions to report aggregated data.
Use conversion functions and conditional expressions.
Manipulate queries to return required data.
Perform calculations on data.
Administer database objects.

Oracle Database 12c: Program with PL/SQL:

This course starts with an introduction to PL/SQL and proceeds to list the benefits of this powerful programming language. Participants are made aware of how to create PL/SQL blocks of application code that can be shared by multiple forms, reports, and data management applications. In addition, creation of anonymous PL/SQL blocks as well as stored procedures and functions are covered in this course.

Participants enhance their developer skills by learning to develop, execute, and manage PL\SQL stored program units such as procedures, functions, packages, and database triggers. Understanding the basic functionality of how to debug functions and procedures using the SQL Developer Debugger gives way to refined lines of code. Participants also learn to manage PL/SQL subprograms, triggers, declaring identifiers, and trapping exceptions. The utilization of some of the Oracle-supplied packages is also in the course. Additionally participants learn to use Dynamic SQL, understand design considerations when coding using PL/SQL, understand and influence the PL/SQL compiler, and manage dependencies. This course is the bundle of Oracle Database: PL/SQL Fundamentals and Oracle Database: Develop PL/SQL Program Units courses.

Students use Oracle SQL Developer to develop these program units. SQL*Plus and JDeveloper are introduced as optional tools.

Course Objective:

Create and debug stored procedures and functions.
Use conditional compilation to customize the functionality in a PL/SQL application without removing any source code.
Design PL/SQL packages to group related constructs.
Create overloaded package subprograms for more flexibility.
Design PL/SQL anonymous blocks that execute efficiently.
Use the Oracle supplied PL/SQL packages to generate screen output, file output and mail output.
Write dynamic SQL for more coding flexibility.
Describe the features and syntax of PL/SQL.
Manage dependencies between PL/SQL subprograms.
Handle runtime errors.
Create triggers to solve business challenges.
Design PL/SQL code for predefined data types, local subprograms, additional pragmas, standardized constants and exceptions.

Oracle Database: Forms and Reports:

One of the most important aspects of application development is managing the modules that make up an application. Large applications can consist of literally thousands of modules, and million lines of code. In addition, modules which are important to the project as a whole but which are not compiled into the application itself (such as design specifications, test scripts, and documentation) must also be tracked and maintained.

Forms Developer and Reports Developer to help you manage the application development process.

Forms:

Oracle Forms is a software product for creating screens that interact with an Oracle database. It has an IDE including an object navigator, property sheet and code editor that uses PL/SQL. It was originally developed to run server-side in character mode terminal sessions. It was ported to other platforms, including Windows, to function in a client–server environment. Later versions were ported to Java where it runs in a Java EE container and can integrate with Java and web services.

Reports:

Oracle Reports is a tool for developing reports against data stored in an Oracle database. Oracle Reports consists of Oracle Reports Developer (a component of the Oracle Developer Suite) and Oracle Application Server Reports Services (a component of the Oracle Application Server).
